Because our business operates on a B2B wholesale basis, returns, refunds and exchanges may be subject to the specific terms agreed for each order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Before returning any product, customers must contact the TS B2B EU team and receive confirmation of the return procedure.

Products may be considered for return where:

  • The wrong product was supplied.
  • The quantity supplied differs from the confirmed order.
  • Products arrive damaged or defective.
  • The products materially differ from the confirmed order specifications.

Any issue should be reported as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If products arrive damaged or defective, please contact us with:

  • Order number
  • Product/SKU information
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs or video showing the issue
  • Any relevant shipping or packaging information

Our team will review the case and advise you on the appropriate resolution.

3. Incorrect Products

If you receive products that do not match your confirmed order, please contact us before using, reselling or altering the products.

We will review the order and determine the appropriate solution.

4. Change-of-Mind Returns

Because TOS B2B EU supplies products to businesses for commercial purposes, change-of-mind returns are not automatically accepted.

Any exception must be agreed with TOS B2B EU before the products are returned.

5. Custom / Private Label Orders

Products manufactured or customized specifically for a customer may be subject to separate return and cancellation conditions agreed before production.

6. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the applicable refund amount and method will be communicated by our team.

Refund processing may depend on the payment method and circumstances of the order.

7. Return Shipping

Where a return is approved, responsibility for return shipping will be determined based on the reason for the return and the circumstances of the order.
